All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
Payments must be made through the payment methods available on our website at checkout.
Orders will not be processed until full payment is received, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered and selected.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications.
However, we do not guarantee that all product details are error-free, complete, or current.
Colors, packaging, and appearance of products may vary slightly due to screen settings or supplier changes.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance of the order by FitNex.
We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
If an order is canceled after payment has been made, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
FitNex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on our website.
Products must be returned in unused, original condition with packaging intact.
Certain items may be non-returnable or non-refundable due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 after inspection of the returned item.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
