  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or an alternative method, depending on availability.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FitNex is not responsible for lost return shipments.
